My research examines how data and ubiquitous technologies are transforming the way we conduct research and live in the digital age. 

In other words, I’m interested in how technology is developed and becomes tightly woven into the fabric of life. 

While the majority of my life is spent in academia, I have undertaken a variety of consultancies with industry, ranging from start-ups to multinationals. 



  David A. Ellis is a Professor of Behavioural Science at the University of Bath and a globally recognised expert in how digital technologies are changing the way we conduct research and the way we live.
